1 Julian Cubbage Julian Cubbage has been an Estate Agent for over 35 years and is the managing partner of Mulberry Property Management. For seventeen years he was with an international UK firm based at their Head Office in the West End of London where he gained extensive experience in residential development and property fund management. In 1997 he moved to Jersey and established Mulberry Property Management, which is now one of the leading managing agents on the Island.
2 Jacqueline Byrne Jacqui Byrne joined Mulberry Property Management to compliment the Residential Letting Department. She quickly established herself as a leading agent in the rental market and now heads a successful department. She has a legal background having been a PA to a Senior Crown Advocate and she brings to the department organisational and administrative skills gained from her previous position together with a broad understanding of renting in Jersey.
